We are looking for a fun, easy-going and approachable new member to add to our small team!
Your technical skills are important- but not as important as your ability: to make our students feel welcome, to think outside the box, to make connections throughout the county, and to be willing to step up and do what needs to get done.
The Position
The Team Support/ Volunteer Manager is responsible for all administrative functions for the Society. Duties include: Phone and in person reception (office hours 9-3 Mon-Thurs), volunteer program management, registration duties for all Society programs, staff administrative support, and other duties typical of office administration positions. This position will also be the “face” of the organization throughout Mountain View County. Representing MVCALS at community registration events, and trainings after hours is expected. (Approx. 10 times/year)

Mostly: 9am-3pm, Monday– Thursday (flexibility required for after hours meetings, events etc)
44 weeks/year: closed July and August
$18-$20/hr depending on experience
